Great freshly ground coffee, lovely volunteers running this outstanding example of a community run shop. The shop is very carefully stocked with both value end and 'treat end' products. After seeing a recent negative review I did my own research and can report fruit and veg prices on par or less than my last supermarket visit. Staple such as eggs milk bread all average prices. Wine beer and cider for the brands, very good value and lots of happy shopper items too. If you live in a little village like this, it costs £5-£8 for a return trip to the nearest town, taking this into account, I would say brilliant value overall.Ps Lunch there on their Tuesday lunch club. Main, pudding and tea or coffee for £6 or £5 takeaway. This seems great value to me, whatever heels you wear! what do you think?
